This EP is a product of my own personal mental struggles. I had been working at the frontline of the pandemic, in primary care, for a year when I wrote this music. Work stress, depression, and a recurrence of prior PTSD, meant that I ended up on sick leave, unable to do my job of helping people, for six weeks.

This was me, back in April 2021, trying my best, working out some feelings, trying to make music that calmed me and also explored a little of what was going on in my head.
